President T. A. Moh1man. All Trustees were present except
Mr. Peter H. DahmLow and Mr. H. 0. Owen, Jr.

adopting the Suburban 2:1 Sinn Officials Conference
Building Code, larch, 1964 Edition, as an amendment
to Ordinance 0-11, the Building Regulations of the
Village of Oak Brook.

The petition of the Butler Company €,r xoning enmendments
on three parcels of land within the village of Oak Brook
was accepted by the ViLtage Board. President Mohlman
directed that the petition be forwarded to the Plan
Commission for its a �econasendwtion and these to the Zoning
Board of Appeals for public tearing.

Department to cooperate with the Volunteer Firemen's
Association in conducting a horse show with proceeds
to go to the Oak Brook Fire Department benefit fund.

President Mohlman will talk to Curtis Taylor of the Phxblie
Service Company to see about a po -sibLe reduction of rates
if the Village of Oak Brook took over maintenance of the
Chicago Bridge & Iron Company traffic light on 22nd Street.
C. Kant Club Lane Street Lights
President Mohlman requested that Wilson Connell. Look into
what types of street lights are available to be used within
the Village of Oak Brook and the cost of such tights.
President Mohlman will write to Mr. Fante regarding his
petition for street lights on Punt Club Lane and advise hint
of steps being taken.
D. Dutch Elm Disease - Forest .s Premrve
