Yorkfield Fire Protection District Attoroey Unveraagt reported on a meeting whin }h he, Chief New and Tm -atee Roseman had attended on July 22 regarding the automatic disconnection of fire districts. Trustee Howell was asked to serve on a committee with Trustee Roseman con - cerning this, and accepted. E. Rllice ,Sugad Car Bids Trustee Bartoo asked to suspend the agenda in order to open bids received for police equipment. Two envetopes were opened. Trustee Barton referred them to the Police Chief for his recommendaotioR . V. XgxkPjLrA Mods.. .. President Dean reed a letter to the Board from Mr. Paul. W. Weber, President of Yorkshire Property Owners Association re repaving reads and asking Village Engineer to make a survey on whet really needs to be done with the roads. Trustee Roseman stated that the three scavenger companies that are servin• the Area very well have been licensed with the village cince Tts incorporation and felt that this servies is adequate. Trustee Hayes moved - seconded by Trustee Roseman...
