F-50% .A RESOLUTION rOR MAINTENANCE OF STREET'S AND HIGHWAYS HY 14UNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOT OIGHNAY CODE: Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has instructed the Village to designate the Salt Storage Dome expenditure as a construction item rather than as a maintenance item under the MFT Fund. The proposed Resolution removes the Salt Donee construction amount from the Municipal Estimate of Maintenance and the project will be funded as an 14FT Construction Project. Mrs. Thompson from Yorkshire Hoods addressed the Board with her concerns for residents within Yorkshire moods and Robin Hood Ranch who have sub- standard drainage systems. She further stated that there have not been any expenditures of storm sewer improvements within Yorkshire [foods for the last 28 years. President Cerne :stated higher levels of improvements within the Village are provided by special assessments or special service areas. Mrs. Dudek from Yorkshire bloods requested the Village Engineer to find solutions to the water drainage problems in Yorkshire bloods.
