The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President
Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons at 7:32 P.M.

Attorney to prepare the necessary resolution relating to the Final Plat
with the direct lot access to Adams Road, subject to waiver of any
requirenkant of installing lard improvements and addition of a public
utility easement subject to the Village Attorneys approval.

C. RESOLUTION NO. F-50% .A RESOLUTION rOR MAINTENANCE OF STREET'S AND
HIGHWAYS HY 14UNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOT OIGHNAY CODE:
Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has instructed the Village
to designate the Salt Storage Dome expenditure as a construction item
rather than as a maintenance item under the MFT Fund. The proposed
Resolution removes the Salt Donee construction amount from the Municipal
Estimate of Maintenance and the project will be funded as an 14FT
Construction Project.

To approve the revised Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and
Highways By Municipality Under The Illinois Highway Code.

Direction given at the Regular Meeting of June 26, 1990 to table the
requested Flood Plain Special Use until the applicant provides a
feasible plan for compensatory storage subject to the Village Engineer's
approval.

To table the applicant's request for waiver of compensatory storage
until the applicant provides necessary information on the location of
compensatory storage on said lot for review by the Village Board a;, the
August 14, 1990 Regular Meeting.

Direction given at the Regular Meeting of .dune 26, 1990 to table the
requested Fl000 Plain Special Use and request applicant to apply for
IDOT permit and /or present a feasible plan subject to the Village
Engineer's approval that provides compensatory storage without modifying
Salt Creek.
To direct the Village Attorney to prepare the necessary ordinance and
direct the Village Engineer to prepare special flood proofing require-
ments in the flood plain for installation of basements to be reviewed by
the Village Board at the Regular Meeting of August 14, 1990.

project.

To authorize the issuance of a purchase order in the amount of
$13,461.75 to Ray O'Herron Company, Inc. for the purchase of 45 Gloek
semi - automatic pistols, 72 spare clips, associated leather holsters and
spare clip holders.

Application has been made for a Driveway Variation to allow a driveway
to be greater than the 20' maximum for residential properties.
The zoning Board of Appeals, at its meeting of July 3, 1990,
unanimously recommended denial of the requested Driveway Variation based
on the findings of fact as stated in the memo of July 11, 1990 from
Chairman Savino.

To concur With the Zoning Board of Appeals and deny the requested
Driveway Variation.

as stated in letter of June 25, 1990 from Chairman Marcy.
The Zoning Board of Appeals, at its meeting of July 3, 3990 recommended
approval of the Flood Plain Special Use Permit subject to the conditions
as stated in the letter of July 11, 1994 from Chairman Saving.

provides a "wet" pavement faster (better vehicle traction), and reduces

Mrs. Thompson from Yorkshire Hoods addressed the Board with her concerns
for residents within Yorkshire moods and Robin Hood Ranch who have sub-
standard drainage systems. She further stated that there have not been
any expenditures of storm sewer improvements within Yorkshire [foods for
the last 28 years.
President Cerne :stated higher levels of improvements within the Village
are provided by special assessments or special service areas.
Mrs. Dudek from Yorkshire bloods requested the Village Engineer to find
solutions to the water drainage problems in Yorkshire bloods.
