He suggested that the Association be authorized to proceed with the program as outlined in their letter subject to the qualification of the status of ownership to the entrance gates themselves. Sohoff for a three month period to take charge of training of volunteers, at which time a decision should be made as to whether or not he should be hired on a permanent basis.
