July 27th, 1971, be suspended and that they be accepted as

A. Joan B. Christians - Side Yard Variation Ordinance S -232
' Each trustee was provided with a copy of a proposed ordinance
granting a variation to permit a side yard of 10 feet rather
than 18 feet an property ovned by Joan B. Christians and
' commonly known as 3625 Madison Street.
Trustee Hayes moved - seconded by Trustee Baschan...
That Ordinance S -232 be passed and approved by the
president and board of trustees subject to the addition
of the following phrase in Section 1: "for construction
of Improvements in accordance with the building plans
prepared by Richard Cramer. dated April 23rd, 11971,"
