That reading of the minutes of July 14, 1964, be suspended and that the minutes be accepted and approved as submitted. Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered. Swa , asst dga Association After discussion, it was decided that President Mohlwm and-yise the Swanhurst 8ommou ers Association (1) that their area cannot be aoati.guous to the Village of Oak Brook because of the Oakbrook Terrace annexation along Roosevelt Road, and (2) that the Oak Brook Plan Commisaion recommended that the Village of Oak Brook limit its boundaries to the south right- Hof -may of Roosevelt koad in accordance with the City of Elmhurst. 2. Butler Petition for Reno .9jag President Nbhlmsn directed that the Butler Petition for Rezoning be forwarded to the Plan Commission and thz Zoning board of AppealR for public hearing. That the Village of Oak Brook financial statements covering the period from May 1. 1969 through April 90th, 196x+ be accepted and approved as submitted,, and that ..ne Village Auditor Raymond Dolan be complimented on the thoroughness of his reports. Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered. B. Trepsurer's Annual Reoort Trustee Owen moved - seconded by Trustee O'Brien... That the treasurer's awmal report for the period from May 1, 1969 the April 30w 1964, be be accepted and approved as submitted and that the Village Clerk be authorised to publish said report in the Oak Brook Doings. That the board approve the transfer of hospitali- zation insurance from the Mtroplitan Life Insurwnce Company to RLue Cross at the most practical time. Roll call vote: Ayes - Trustees Hovey, Hayes, O'Brien, Owen, Roseman and President Mohlman. Nayes - None Absent - Trustee Dehmlow So ordered. 2. Life insurance Trustee Havey moved - seconded by Trustee Owen... That the board approve the expenditure of approximately W4.50 per man, per year,, to enable $25 000 00 life insurance coveralke for each individual amber of the police department. Roll call vote: Ayes Trustee Havey, Hayes, O'Brien, Oren, kossman and President Whllman. Mayes - None Absent - Trustee Dah ®low. So ordered. 3. Leave of Absence - Sergeant Thvc4ore_ L. Treiber The board was advised of, and did not object to, Sergeant Treiber's leave of absence covm t% , -ng October 19, 1964, and terminating October 19, 1955. VI NEW BUSINESS A. Trustee DahmLov ave of Abee e President MohLMOn read a letter from Trustee Dehmlow requesting a leave of absence thorough October, 19", due to a commitment which Trustee Dahmlow accepted with the Department of Commerce, U.S. ^k7vernment.
