ROLL CALL
Village Clerk Charlotte Pruss called the roll at 8:30 am with the following persons:
PRESENT: President Gopal Lalmalani, Trustees Mark Moy, Gerald Wolin, Asif Yusuf,
and Elaine Zannis (departed at 11:50 am).
ABSENT: Trustees Stelios Aktipis (arrived at 8:46 am) and Michael Manzo
IN ATTENDANCE: David Niemeyer, Village Manager; Blaine Wing, Assistant Village
Manager; Robert Kallien, Community Development Director; Sharon Dangles, Finance
Director; Thomas McEllin, Fire Chief; Sue Madorin, Library Director; Steve Larson,

5. Assumption that Employees are Overpaid and Need to Attract and Maintain
a Quality Workforce
6. Difficult for Employees to Take on New Challenges Because of Cutbacks
