ALL trustees were present except Trustee Howell. It READING OF MINUTES Trustee Barton moved seconded by Trustee Rush... That the minutes of the regular meeting of July 25th, 1967, be accepted as submitted subject to the correction of the spelling of Trustee Rush's name, on Pages 1 and 5. Voice vote @ all is favor. So ordered. III ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, VARIATIONS, AMMMMENTS , PLATS. A. Onk Brook _Dey, Co. Lot_ 6_, Oak Brook Investment Co.- Special Use President Dean reviewed the request of the Oak Brook Development Company for a special use on Lot 6, of the Oak Brook Investment Co. plat for the purpose of constructing a multi- story hotel. The Oak Brook Plan Commission recommended approval on July 17, L967, and the Zoning Board of Appeals, after a public hearing on August Let, 1967, also recommended that the village board grant this request for a special use. After discussion which inetuded the adequacy of the parking facilities planned, the aactuL7 height as compared to existing buildings, an aarchitectuaal concept rendering and the disclosure of the actual owner (Sheraton), the following motion was made.
