Solar made the motion, seconded by Mr. Carley and passed by the Board authorizing W. Owen to pay to the Butler Company 4 Village bills totaling $312.66. Mr. Julius Butler and Mr Tyrrell made reports on the Police Department. A check for #41.O0, for the Villagelle share of the fines collacted in July was t timed over to the clerk. Attorney Bowers nae asked to draw up a traffic ordinance for approval by the Police Oommitteee Woo, to shook an a wed ordinance.
