President T. A. Mohlman. All trustees were present except
Mr. Feter H. Dahmlow and Mr. R. W. Havey.

That reading of the minutes of July 28, 1964, be suspended
and that the minutes be accepted and approved as submitted.

1. AReropriation Transfer Ordinance
Trustee O'Brien moved w seconded by Trustee Hayes...
That Ordinance S--85 transferring certain appropria-
tions in the appropriation ordinance of the Village
of Oak Brook for the fiscal yar 1963 -1964 be approved
in order to conform to the various elaRsifications of
accounts in said ordinance.

Rossman and President Mohlman.

A. Treasurer's Report
Village Treasurer Van Dyke presented a report for the month
of July, 1964, showing "cash on deposit" at tht-, end of the
month of $40,809.74 in the Corporate Account and $8,936.60
in the Road and Bridge Fund account.

That the Treasurer's report for the mouth of July, 1964,

B. Approval of Bills
All Trustees having been furnished with a list of bills
