Commerce Plaxa Subdivision unit I improvement drawings were reviewed,
Several minor corrections and changes were referred to the Subdividers'
Engineer and on examination it was felt , as a safety measure,
that street lighting should be required for this subdivision. This
requirement was concurred in by the Traffic Consultant and the
Plan Commission,
Brook Forest Subdivision chit 6. Periodic inspections of the
construction improvements in this ambdfnision have been made.
Miscellaneous Subdivisions. � Status of completion of ovements
of other subdivisions in the ®ilLage has been reviewed with
Tom Berner of Night & Co. and action is being taken to get all
uncompleted work item finished.

Street Maintainance program. Contract work is progressing under
the supervision of Wt &t & Co. on this program.
Storm sever construction on Croydon and Bradford Lanese This monk
is now complete on Bradford Lane, and with the exception of two
Mork items, is complete on Croydon Lane.
Ginger Creek' Culvert at Baybrook Lane. Remaining cleanup and
Landscaping work will be completed in early August.
Traffic Signals on 22nd & Windsor Drive. Work is 9 complete and
the signals have been placed in service.

Numerous inspections have been made to examine various drainage
problems and recommendations made for their solution.
Numerous inspections have been made with Street Superintendent
Hagan and recommendations made regarding the solution of various
prob Lens .
