I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
In the absence of President Cerne, the Regular Meeting of the Board of
Trustees was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Clerk Lakosil in the Samuel
E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons.

C. Construction & Maintenance Agreement - Illinois State Toll Highway Authority
At the Board Meeting of May 27, 1980 the Village Board authorized
participation in the construction of the bicycle path and 18.38% of
the construction costs of the traffic signal at the intersection of
Midwest Road /Baybrook Lane /Toll Highway.

To authorize the Village Attorney to draft an agreement for the
Village to participate in the actual construction costs of the
traffic signal; to be submitted for Board action at the Regular
Meeting of September 9, 1980.

C. Michael J. Macken - Side Yard Variation
August 12, 1980
On August 5, 1980, the Zoning Board of Appeals recommended denial of
this side yard variation of nine feet from the required eighteen feet,
and it was then noted that the existing residence was non - conforming
in the rear yard and the proposed addition was in violation of the
rear yard requirements also.

To re -refer this item to the Zoning Board of Appeals to allow
for a Public Hearing to be held on the amended application in
accordance with the request of the petitioner and that the filing
fee be waived.

Trustee Imrie presented a request from the Oak Brook Library Association
for appropriate identification for the Library. This will be further
reviewed.

To accept the contribution of $2,000.00 from the Oak Brook
Library Association to provide window draperies for the
Library.

an estimated $20,000.00 to pull and reinstall the pump of Well #1
