That the Village Board approve the annexation and
rezoning of the Schramm property as requested by the
petitions and that the Village Attorney be instructed
to draw the necessary ordinances.

2. Sam's Tavern
President Mohlman recommended that the Samrs Tavern file
be forwarded to the Plan Commission for their review and
then on to the Zoning Board of Appeals with the recom-
mendation of the Plan Commission.

A. Treasurer's ' ort
Village Treasurer VanDyke presented a report for the morth
of July, 1963, showing "cash on deposit" at the end of the
month of $36,253.63. He also retorted that he co=vrrPeA
with the tentative June report made at the July- 99 :30O:,,
*meeting.

That the Treasurer's report for the month of July, 1963,
be approved as submitted.

B. Establishment of Road & Bride Fund Account
Trustee Owen moved . seconded by Trustee Hayes...
That the Resolution authorizing the Bank of Oak Brook as
depository for Road and Bridge Fund account of the 'Jf 9 Iage
of oak Brook be a ?proved and that the Treasurer be
authorized to transfer $5,422.11 from the corpnrste fitnd
to the newly created Road and Bridge ,Fund account.

that President Mohlman write a letter to Gardner and t-1 the

Trustee Owen will study the bids asuftitted for the painting
to be done to the Village Hall and give his recommendation
at the September meeting.
H. Flooring for Police Denartment

That the flooring job to be done in the Polies Department
be awarded Lo Roy, 0. Pantke at this bid price of $1,065.00.

Departments needed flasher lights to set up on the roada in
cadges of emergency. The Villa g+e Board requested the Ch; �f
to get the prices of such Ela"awher lights and present t`.hom
to the Board at the September meeting.
Dote: Village /attorney Jack Bowers arrived at 9:12 P.M.
K. Hydrants
President Mohlman and Attorney Bowers will meet to discuses
the Oak Brook Utility Company's bill for hy0rant water.

Village Attorney Bowers will obtain the necessary form. to
Proceed with the Motor Fuel Tax.

2. Old Mil.. Tevern,
The Village Board discussed the Old Mill Tavern's
expended parking lot facilities in connection w1 ,:1i a-he
Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance. President MohImsin ruggas:.ed
that the Board members go and look at this property.
President Mohlman and Building Inspector Pearson will
meet with Mr. Rush and Mr. Mrizek and discuss thie
matter again at the next Board meeting.
3. Oak Brook Civic Association Letter

That the Building Inspector be authorized to make
available to the Oak Brook Civic Association the names
and addresses of new residents of Oak Brook providing
it is thoroughly understood by the Oak Brook Civic
AssociCat3nn that such names and addresses shall rr.-
be L.... -ia available to any other person or organizat ton
and shall be used exclusively for the Oak Brook Civic
Association's purposes.

That the Village Board enter into an agreement between
the Village of Downers Grove and the Village of Oak Brook
estab.'shing the divisional line for the exercise o$ extra
territorial limits and further authorize the President and
Clerk to sign this agreement.

the Toll Road Commission and the County Board regarding
the matter of widening improvements of Midwest Road and
Toll Road ramps.
