Roll wan called and the August minutes approved as rea?i. Mrs. Peyton moved and Mr. O'Brien seconded to have the Police Comm- ittee meet the second Monday of each month to review and approve the bills and to discuss other business that should come before the Trustees. Motion carried. The July Treasurers report was read by Mr. Owen and Voucher #3 was read to the Board for it's approva' - John Allen & Sons $187.49 E. V. Price a Co. 105.63 Fullers Service Station 126.51 Petty Cash 6.76 Harner Photo Service 8.05 Henry Speedometer Man 2.75 DuPage Reporting Service 48.15 Alexander & Co. 103.71 Wight & Associates 10 Total 41688.43 Mr. O'Brien moved, Mr. Calhoun secondad payment of these bills. The voting: Carley - yes, O'Brien - yes, Calhoun - yes, Peyton - yes, Kolar - no, Mohlman - yea. Motion carried, President Mohlman read a letter from 6 members of the Police Department. SSG Y"r.
