In the absence of President Cerne, the Regular Meeting of the Board of
Trustees was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Clerk Lakosil in the Samuel
E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons.

to the receipt of all waivers.

Eight (8) bids were received on August 13, 1980 for Pavement Reconstruction/
Resurfacing: Sheffield Lane, Chatham Lane, Brighton Lane, Enterprise Drive,
Tower Drive, Golf Drive, Well No. 3 Site, and Baybiook Lane.

To award the contract in the amount of $221,624.60 to the
lowest qualified bidder, Adcock Excavating, Inc.

To approve the Special Use Permit to allow for the con-
struction of a parking lot in Flood Plain, conditioned
to final design and construction plans as submitted on
drawing entitled "Proposed Revised Grading ", Project
No. 79 -22, dated Revised August 8, 1980, and that the
Village Attorney prepare the required ordinance.

- Final Plat
- Proposed Street
Revision
Heritage Oak Group, Inc., requested an amendment to the Heritage Oaks
Subdivision to realign Heritage Oak Driv7P in an attempt save several
large Oak trees.

To refer this proposal to the Plan Commission Meeting of
September 15, 1980.

A. Authority to Bid - Vehicle Replacement - Police Dept., Fire Dept.,

To authorize Staff to advertise for bids for eight (8) full size
four door sedans; one (1) full size four door station wagon; and
two (2) midsize four door sedans. Sealed bids to be received on
September 16, 1980.

B. Mutual Aid Agreement - Police
The Village Attorney suggested certain changes to the proposed agreement
which have not as yet been incorporated into the document.

To table this subject to the next Regular Meeting of August 26, 1980.
Due to lack of a second, the motion,failed. -
Trustee Congreve moved -
To approve the proposed Intergovernmental Police Service Assis-
tance Agreement as presented and that the President Pro Tem and
Clerk be authorized to sign said agreement.
Due to lack of a second, the motion failed.

To table this subject to the next Regular Meeting of August 26, 1980.
