I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A. Roll Call
The regular meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by President Howell.
All trustees were present except Trustees Cerne and Glaves.
II. READING OF MINUTES
Trustee Philip moved - seconded by Trustee Congreve...
That the reading of the minutes of the special meeting of August 9, 1976
be suspended and that they be accepted as presented.
Voice vote - all in favor So ordered.
Trustee Philip moved - seconded by Trustee Congreve...
That the reading of the regular meeting of August 10, 1976 be suspended and
that they be accepted as corrected to show the vote of Trustee Congreve as
1141011, in Section IV, D.

A. Ordinance No. G -199 AMENDING ORDINANCE G -177 BEING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING
THE USE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DuPAGE
AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
A proposed ordinance prohibiting truck traffic on Spring Road from 16th St.
to Northern Village Limits and on Frontage Road from Harger Road to Northern
Village Limits.

A proposed ordinance designating certain streets as having preferential
ri ght -of -way.

BROOK, TO THE TERRITORY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 9 KIMBERLY CIRCLE, OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS
A proposed ordinance granting a variation for 9 Kimberly Circle to permit
construction of a tennis court to cover 48% of the rear yard.

To approve Subdivision of Lot 2 in Oak Brook International Office Center
Subdivision with the stipulation that Items 1, 2, and 5 of Engineer
Littleton's letter dated August 13, 1976 are complied with.

- Hyatt House Addition -
1) Agreement to relocate Spring Road
2) Consider only property east of Spring Road for floor area

3) No permit until relocation of Spring Road is contracted for
1977/78.
- Owens Property -
North of Harger Road, east of Hyatt House. Plan Commission informal
hearing on zero'lot line, cluster type houses on flood plain.
Informal discussions with Plan Commission to continue.
- Mayslake -
Approved with 3 to 1 vote by Plan Commission on August 16, 1976,8 ecause
of magnitude of this development this is to be remanded back to Plan
Commission for additional hearing.
VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Final Acceptance Brook Forest VI - Public Improvements

To accept Brook Forest Unit VI with the stipulation that Oak Brook Develop-
ment Company provide a bond in the amount of $50,000.00 for a period of one
year on Regent Drive and on the remainder of the subdivision.
