The entire viLLage board has been invited to attend this meeting and they wi11 be so notified as to the date, time and place. B. The Advance Construction Company bad submitted an tat to for these installations ranging from approximately $8,000 to $I2,000.00 aepeadiinngg.ob the type of installation required at the Sunbeam Location. Tie utflity company represemativeas indicated they would install same, conditioned upon the village not objecting to a bydrant rental increase. to compensate for this capital iWovement. Other points along Spring Road wgre discussed and Engineer Barner was requested to submit an estimate of cost of such a survey for the next board meeting. B. Ms. C. L. Hawaserman - M2e9HLtg Control Each trustee was provided with a copy of a Letter from Mrs. C. L. Hausserman of Robinhood Raneh Frtates, dated Asst L4, 1968, regarding mosquito control. Ids. Hauseerman was present at the meeting and informed the board that she had written to various, organisations regarding this subject and was awaiting their reply. President Pro Tom O'Brien requested Mrs. Haussermen to relay such replies to the village clerk for dissemination to the board. 0. HE. It was unanimously decided that this matter be referred to Inspector Pearson for investigation. The Village of Oak Brook's payment is $602,.721 representing a grand total of $15,060.96 due to the Butterfield Fire Protection District.. Trustee Barton moved o seconded by Trustee Ruah... That the treasurer and clerk be authorized to submit a payment of $15,060.96 to the Butterfield Fire Protection District covering the contractual cost of fire service to the village. Roll.
