LISTECKI President Cerne read in its entirety a proposed resolution commending Robert E. Listecki for his service to the Village as a member of the Plan Commission from 1973 to 1979, who :has i�Torked diligently as one of the originators of the Bicycle Trail System; and as Chairman of the Traffic Committee, greatly contributed to update the Oak Brook Comprehensive Plan. S -438: AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING POLICIES AND ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIOIN ;S GOVERNING THE USE AND OPERATION OF THE FACILITIES KNOWN AS THE SPORTS CORE Proposed ordinance amends Ordinances S -424 and S -427 to further clarify th. -1 context of Exhibit "A" of said ordinance and knoivn as Oak Brook Sports Core Operating Policies. TRINITY LAKES U,\IT IV - FIN.Ai, PLAT On August 20, 1979, the Plan Coinumission considered the Final Plat and recomr:ended approval subject to Engineer Durfey's Memo dated August 17, 1979, relating to sidewalks and street lights, and also that the north eight (8) feet of Lots 209 and 210 be designated as Bicycle Trail easement. That pursuant to the recommendation of the Plan Commission, that the Final Plat of Trinity Lakes Unit IV, Job #735 -030 dated August 22, 1979, be approved, subject to the following: 1. Waive the requirement for street lights except at intersections. 2. Waive the requirement for sidewalks and substitute paved Bicycle/ Pedestrian Pathways as noted on the Plat. 3. Bicycle /Pedestrian Pathways easement to be indicated on northerly ten (10) feet of Lots 197, 198, 199, 209 and 210, with the under- standing that the Pathway be constructed in Oak Brook Road Right - of -,ray adjacent to Lots 197, 198 and 199, where possible. 4. Note to be added to Plat to indicated Lot 210 as being unbuildable 5. Waive the requirement of naming the entry street "Concord _Drive ", as an extension of said street from the north side of Oak Brook Road, and be permitted to substitute the name of "Trinity Lane ". To authorize the closing of Spring Road and 16th Street between Harger Road and Route 83 for thru traffic, allowing for local traffic only, with a com- pletion date not to extend past November 17, 1979. VI NEW BUSINESS A. 35th Street This matter is to be continued and will be reviewed by the Zoning and Planning Committee and President Cerne directed the Village Manager to take the necessary measures to barricade the Roadway installed by Miller Builders to the Oakwood Subdivision in Westmont. B. Drake - Oakbrook Traffic Trustee Reynolds reported on the proposed 250,000 square foot Office Building with Parking of approximately 1000 cars, and the alternative solutions for access of the Drake Oakbrook and York Woods, along with proposed signalizatlon at Windsor and at Dover, which were discussed at the Committee -of- the -whole of August 27, 1979. The matter will be given further consideration. C. Well Request - Robert G. Stoffer - 54 Bradford Lane Trustee Congreve moved - seconded by Trustee Rush... Storm Sewer - Golf Course Parking Lot Wadsworth Golf Construction Company is obligated to restore some existing field the which they disturbed during construction.
