August 26th, 1969, be suspended and that they be aeceptee as
submitted.

III ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS. VARIATIONS, PIATS , ETC
A, Lot Sizes Outside of Village Ordinance Amendment
Each trustee was provided with a copy of a proposed ordinance
amending the Oak Brook Subdivision Regulations Ordinance Q -37
to provide for the size of Lots to be used for residential
purposes in contiguous territory not more than one and ouaed
half smiles beyond the corporate limits and not included in any
municipality, and as copy oZ a recomendation from Plen Com-
mission Swain, dated Au at 2'2, 1969. After discussion, the
following motion was made

That this scatter be taabted and returned to the Plan
Commission for their further review and clarification
prior to the next regular board of trustees meeting.

in D: S. Treasury Bills and Savings Accounts total $1,117,265,37.)

board, and that a 1969 Mercury be purchased from Ogden

as director of civil defense and that Trustee Edward K. 0'DDarien
has been appointed to this post.
