II READING OF MINUTES Trustee Oren moved P seconded by Trustee O'Brien... That reading of the minutes of August 13, 1963, be suspended and that the minutes be accepted and approved as submitted. Build insc Ins etor's Report MO'lM��lYl�01 NrC The Building Inspector presented his report for the period to September 10, 1963, cop of which is attached to these minutes. {Total $1,752.20� Trustee Vahmlow moved - seconded by Trustee O'Brien... 7hat the Village Board accept the Building Inspector's report as presented. Voice vote - all in favor So ordered. Note: Trustee Owen requested that the Building Inspector submit a written monthly report to the Village TrLitees listing appli- cations for permits and permits issued. Building Inspector Pearson agreed to begin submitting such reports with the next Board meeting. B. Old Dill Tavern Building Inspector Peareori and President Mohlman reported to the ltlage Board on their findings after lootin into the matter of possible expansion of parking lot facilities at the Old Mill Tavern.. Trustee ovmn suggested that President Mohlman wrf to to the ovner of the Old Mill Tavern requesting that he eliminate to the 'best of his ability the discomfort caused to the adjacent neighbor with the under - staudU4 that if he fails to do so the Board will be forced to take whatever action it deems necessary. C. Dupes a County Lana Bulletin Trustee Havey moved` seconded by Trustee Owen... That the Village Board adopt the resolution thanking Paul Butler for his many contributions to the civic improvement of the Spillage and particularly for the donation of the fire station property. That the Petition of Sam's Tavern to rezone their property from R -2 to B -3 be approved by the Village Board and that the Village Attorney be directed to draw the necessary ordinance. Policp Report All Trustees having been furnished copies, Preddent Mohlman read portions of the report of the Police Department activities for the month of August, 1963, said report being attached to these minutes. Trustee Havey moved seconded by Trustee Dehmlow... That the Village Hoard accept the Police Department- report as presented and that this report be placed on file. Use of Court Room President Mohlman was requested to write to Chief Judge Abramson offerin the facilities of the Oak Brook Court Room to the now judge to be appointed. 3.
