A. Roll Call
The regular meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by -
President Dean, All trustees were present,

Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Rush....
That the reading of the Minutes of the regular meeting of
September 12th, 1972, be suspended and that they be accepted
as submitted,

ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, VARIAT IONS , 'PLATS, ETC .
A. William R. Sutton - Rear Yard Variation Ordinance S -264.
Each trustee was Provided with a copy of a prnnosed ordinance
granting a rear yard variation to Mr. and Mrs. William R. Sutton,
i for the constiuction of a horse stable at 321 Cr�nterberry lane.

That Ordinance S -264 be passed and approved by the village
board and that reading of same be waived.

Bu Ordinance G -93 Amendment - Enco & Hunter Drive Ordinance G -147
Each trustee was provided with s copy of a proposed ordinance
limiting left hand turn movements and vehicle parking on Enco
Drive and Hunter Drive.
Trustee Howell moved - seconded by Trustee Baschen...

That Ordinance 6-147 be adopted by the village board, and
that it be made a matter of record that the village expedite to,
the extent possible with the State for the installation of a
traffic signal at the intersection of anco Drive and 22nd
Street to allow free traffic movements at this intersection.

Request.
Each trustee was provided with a letter to Mr. W. G. Sorg of
Chicago Bridge & Iron from'Buildift Inspector Pearson dated
September 25, 1972, outlining various conditions regarding
the issuance of a variance from the requirements of the
Chicago Electrical Code.
Trustee Hayes moved - seconded by Trustee Cougmve....
That the village board accept the recommendations of the
committee appointed for this purpose and grant the variance
to the Chicago Bridge and iron company.
Voice vote —all in favor. I So ordered.

Hanager Urhausen reported an the public hear held in Hinsdale

that the Village of Oak Brook would be notified of any future
meetings on this subject.
