I ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by Village
President T. A. Nbhlman. All Trustees were present except
Trustee H. O. Owen.
II READING OF MINUTES
Trustee Rossman moved - seconded by Trustee O'Brien...
That reading of the minutes of September 10, 1963, be
suspended and that the mint_tes be accepted and approved
as submitted.
Voice vote - all in favor So ordered.
III PLAN COMMISSION - PLAN MAP
President Mohlman requested Mr. Samuel E. Dean, Chairman of the
Oak Brook Plan Commission, to present his report.
Mr. Dean presented the neap, "The Village of Oak Brook and its
Environs -- Illy Lois ", and said that after many meetings,
discussions, decisions, etc., the Plan Commission unanimously
agreed on the above map and recommended that the map as
presented be adopted by the Village Board as a guide and
reviewed each year or taro.
No action was taken.

2. Letter from Zanina Board of Dupaae Count

President Nohlman read a letter from Robert 8, Shiart
Secretary of the Zoning Board of DuPage County regarding
a variation in DuPaga County Uning Ordinance covering
property situated on the west dise of Meyers Road about
300 feet north of 35th Street. No objections were
raised and no action was taken.
3. Midwest CoUntry Club Petition for Rezo nine
Trustee Hayes moved •• seconded by Trustee O'Brien...
That the Midwest Country Club petition for rezoning
from R-1 to B -4 be referred to the Zoning Board of
Appeals for its recommendation.
