That the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting of September 24th, 1968, be suspended and that they be accept- ed as submitted subject to the following correction: Page 3, V - D. Scavenger Raton - Insert the following rules after the rates: '�`"""�" 1. Four 32-ggallon can average Limit, plus $1.00/1ftath for an additional 2 32- gallon cans. Anything in excess of 6 cans would be by private agreement. 2. ALL garbage for scaienger pickup to be placed in covered containers mode of metal or plastic. Not to exceed 32- gallon capacity. S. SubstantiaL quantities of Papers maganinea, card- board, etc. to be securely-tied to budLes. h. Containers to be pieced vhere they are readily avail. able for pickup.
