Fresident Moh1man stated that Captain Ott was required to appear at an..
otber meeting* President Mohlman asked permission to change the agenda
to hear the report of the officer at this time* There were no objections,&

Captain Ott reported the activity of the Police Department for the
month ox' September, 1961. This report Is on file with the Police Do-
partmente
Captain Ott stated that a full report on progress of the Folios De-
partment concerning its new quarters is the Village Hall would be
available for the October 27s. 1961 meeting*

Clerk to clarify the status of the Numbering System Ordinance.

W. Owen moved and Mr. Calhoun seconded the motion amending Section 3

property owned! by Butterfield Country Club from the Village of Oak
Brook.

advice of Village Attorney Boweres the motion and the seoond of the
motion was withdrawn until the legal deeaription could be duly ohee)sed*
President Koh1man, ordered this matter held until. the October 27, 1961
meeting.

President Mobluan read a letter from the Butler Company requesting an
amadment of the Zqning Ordinance In oonnection with property foimer-
ly known as the Larkin Property. A prat and a *beak for MOO was

Oetober 17, 1961 at 7:30 p.m. to be held at the Fire Station,
Piro Chief Now stated that he would arrange to have Fire Associa-
tion Board Members present at the meeting of October 17, 19619

A letter Prom the reeldents of Yorkshire Woods addressed to President
Robl n was read, The letter stated that they earnestly desired to become
res i dents of the Village of Oafs Brook and that they did not feel that thery
would need any additional servloes and would not be a burden to this
Village
President Mohlmaa stated that he would advise them by phone that this
matter would be up for reoonsideration in the late Spring of 1962*

the present tiros arm capable of continuing servicing the Village

should be investigated.
