All trustees were present except Mr. Peter H. Dahmlcw and Mr. H. 0. Owen. U READING OF MNUTES Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee kayes... That reading of the mi<<utes of September 22nd, 1964, be suspended and that the minutes be accepted and approved as sutmitted. Voice vote - all in favor. 3o ordered. III ORDINAMES AND RESULt3TIONS A. Ordinances 1. Village Steed Licit Precident Mohiman read a Lettear'dbted October 13th, from Mrs. Barbara K. Crouch, Secretary, York Woods Society, addressed to the village Board of Trustees, etating a preference of a 25 m.p.h. limit in the York Woods area and requesting strict enforcement of a 30 m.p.h. Limit in this same area. After discussion, President Mohlman read the proposed ordinance. Trustee Rossman moved - seconded by Trustee Havey... That Ordinance G -.55, amending Ordinance G -10, be passed and approved by the village board and that said or6inarice be published in the next issue of The Doings. Roll Call Vote: Ayes -» Trustees, Havey, Hayes, O'Brien Rossman and President Mohlman. Nayes - None Absent - Trustees Dehmlow and Owen. So ordered. IV ANNEKATIONS AND REZONING A. Rezonins �4 1. That President Mohlman be directed to write to the Marry Lane developer recommending that they provide a direct access to this property frow the Village of Oak Brook. Voice vote - all in favor.
