The meeting was called to order at 8:04 P.B. by Village President
T. A. Mchlman. All trustees were present.

Trustee O'Brien moved - oeconded by Trustee Hayes...
That the reeding of the minutes of Oetobe; 12, 196`. and the
reading of the minutes of the special meeting of October 16,
1965, be suspended and that the minutes be accepted and
approved as submitted.
Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered.

L. Bengtson for his faithful service to the ViL! age of Oak
Brooke as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.

That the village board adopt the aforesaid resolution R-42,

That the enforcement of Ordinance S-98 be suspended for
a reasonable length of time to determine what is a good
engineering definition of maximum load conditions and
that the two violations in question be disposed of by
aauspending any fines upon the finding of guilty.

A. Oak Brook Fire Mouse Use
irea -Went Moh1mana read a letter from W. David M. Gooder of
Lord, Bissell 6 Brook, dated October 20, L965, stating that
the Village of Oak Brook has the autbority to use the fire
house property for all municipal purposes and not ,just: noose
related to the fire department.

B. Oak Brook Fire douse Taxes
President Mohimane rend a correction from the Board of Reviews
muPaage County Complaint Bo. 694, dated Oetober 21, 1965,
retarding the fire house property, astiting that the .assessor's
vaa ue has been changed to a tax exempt status.

darted October 13, 1965, which was addressed to Building
Inspector Pearson. tom°. Rush questioned the issuance of a
permit to perfmrti certain alterations within the aaonmconforming
portion of ttlhe %.311ding in mbi+ch the Old Hill Tavern is located.
Af }er discussions, ft was unaaan:L"ously agreed that Building
Inspector Pea.son study, this ardt.:er further in re rd to the
previous petit issued to Mr. Wizek, owner of the Old Hill
Tavern, and report to the board at their next regular meatring.

Trustee Rosawn read a notice from the Dupage 00unty Zoning
Board of Appeals regarding the issuance of a permit to
operate a gun club at the Datterf'feld Country, Club.
Trustee Roseman moved - seconded by Trustee O'Brien...
That the vMzge president be requested to write a letter
to the age Zontog Board of Appeals voicing the unac tuous
objection of the village board of trustees to the goes club
proposed by the Butterfield Country Club.

S. Leaf Burning
Building, Inspector Pearson requested a clarification regarding
Leaf burning within the village. After diecussiono it was
decided that leaf burning would not be prohibited Bed that
residents use caution wben doing no.
