The regular board meeting was called to arciar at 5:00 P.W, by
President Dean, t1' i, trustees were present except Trustee Howell.

Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Tz-astee Congreve...
That the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting of
October 12ch, 1971,, be suspended and that they be accepted
as submitted.
Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered.
III ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS. VARIAT IONS , PLATS, ETC,
A. Provosed Amendments to G;H93- Traffic _ Ordinance - Ordinance G -k38
Each trustee was provided with a copy of s proposed ordinmee
amending Ordinance G -93 to prohibit the operation of , any vehicle'
travelling in a southerly direction on Frontage. Road to imu*e .a
left -hand turn so as to travel in a westerly direction on 15th
Street, and to prohibit the operator of an, vehicle travelling
in a westerly direction on 15th Street to make a right -hand turn
so as to travel in a northerly direction on Frontage Road.
Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Cougreve..o
That Ordinance G -138 passed and approved by the village
board.

Each trustee was provided Frith a copy of a memorandum from
Manager Urhausen, dated October 22nd, 1971, stetting forth the
recommendations of the Zoning and Planning Committee of the
village board. Due to the fact that r.be McDonald Corporation
has used the open wall -less concept in constructing its mate
office facility, fl-he original computation for oarking evacea
could be reduced without conflicting with health and building
codes.
