month of October, 1964, showing "cash on deposit" at
the end of the month of $46,336.24 in the Corporate
Account and $13,551.41 in the Road and Bridge Fund.

Q. Sales Tax Allocation
President -Mdbb m 2*ad -Trustee Rossman's report regarding
sat--a tax &Uve tion. 'Mr. Roseman was assured by the
1=61 Sears manager, that, vithqut exception, sales tax
is allocated to the village, touin or city in which the
sale is originated.
B. Hinsdale Area Human Relations Coe o
President Mohlman read Mr. Robert Anderson's letter
addret ;red to the Board of 'Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook, dated September 20, 1964. After discussion,
it was unanimously decided that President Mohlman
acknowledge Mr. Anderson's letter with thanks.
C. Buell - Anderson Complaint
President MohLman read a letter addressed to the Hoard of
%ruatees of Oak Brook from Mr. Richard B. Houpt, attorney
for Mr. S. W. Anderson, dated November 9, 1964. He also
advised the board that he had visited with Mrs_ Btiell and
was assured that the situation would be corrected within
the very near future. It was decided that President Mohlman
reply to Mr. Houpt's letter and also report to the board
at their next regular meeting.
VI NEW BUSINESS
A. Temoora.y Permit for Del Webb Associates

That the board grant the Oakbrook Development Company
a temporary use permit to be valid for the period of
one year for the construction of a site office in the
area commonly known as the base form effective this
date.

That President Mohlman invite the DuPage County Clean
Streams Committee to use the village hall board roost
on the third Tuesday of each month on a no- charge basis
until such time as this facility is no longer available.
