That reading of the minutes of October 27th, 19649 be suspended and that the minutes be accepted and approved as submitted. Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered. III REPORT OF OFFICERS A. Building Department 1. Building Inspector's Report The building inspector presented his report: for the month of October, 1964. (Total. Building Permits $1,D71) Trustee Rossman moved - seconded by Trustee Hayea... That the Village Board accept the Building Inspector's report as submitted. Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered. B. Said report included the promotion of Desk Officer Franklin Webster to the rank of Patrolman effective November -5th and the appointment of Robert S. That the Village Board approve Trustee Owen's request for an expenditure not to exceed $2,500.00 for the general repair of the heating system in the village hall and the installation of a new pump. 'Mr. Roseman was assured by the 1=61 Sears manager, that, vithqut exception, sales tax is allocated to the village, touin or city in which the sale is originated. B. Hinsdale Area Human Relations Coe o President Mohlman read Mr. Robert Anderson's letter addret ;red to the Board of 'Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, dated September 20, 1964. After discussion, it was unanimously decided that President Mohlman acknowledge Mr. Anderson's letter with thanks. C. Buell - Anderson Complaint President MohLman read a letter addressed to the Hoard of %ruatees of Oak Brook from Mr. Richard B. Houpt, attorney for Mr. S. W. Anderson, dated November 9, 1964. He also advised the board that he had visited with Mrs_ Btiell and was assured that the situation would be corrected within the very near future. It was decided that President Mohlman reply to Mr. Houpt's letter and also report to the board at their next regular meeting. VI NEW BUSINESS A. Temoora.y Permit for Del Webb Associates ,.� », Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Trustee Hayes... That the board grant the Oakbrook Development Company a temporary use permit to be valid for the period of one year for the construction of a site office in the area commonly known as the base form effective this date. That President Mohlman invite the DuPage County Clean Streams Committee to use the village hall board roost on the third Tuesday of each month on a no- charge basis until such time as this facility is no longer available.
