TZ -9 -D pertaining to [sighting, Upon investigation on the evening of November 7, 1163 at about 8 :00 PM, I found that said complaint was at, actuality. Further investigation: by this department developed the following information. Mr. Coulter of Humble Oil indicated to this writer that the violation exists because of a request made by the Oak nrook Police Department, He stated that the request to keep the lights burning all night ime from Chief R. T, Siudzinski, The Chief it 'icated this -.could help in policing this area after dark„ Nc. Coulter further indicated they woul.: be willing to come up with any solution to comply with our Zoning Ordinance.
