Kinsella was invited to attend thie board meet- ing for the purpose of being awarded a special villaga eo=nadation for his outstanding achievement at the Olympic Swimming competition in Mexico City this year, President Dean requested Trustee Rowell to make this presentation, whereupon Mr. Howell greetkd John and requested him to come forward. Resolution R• , which was adopted by the village board on October 8, 1968, was ream and presented to John along with an e_ngreved bronze meda11ion -type dime of the official village seal. Spencer, dated October 74, 1968, skating that he regretted that Mr. NoveceK was not satisfied with the agreement and that the church was anxioas to push forward with construction and if an agreement Could not be reached vitbe n the next week it would again be presented to the village board.
