Roll Call The regular meeting was called to order at 6. -00 P -M1 by President Dean., All trustees were present4'. 11 READING OF MURM Trustee O'Brien moved seconded by Trustee Hayes... That the reading at the minutes of the regular meeting of October -24th, 1972, be suspended and that they be accepted as submitted. Voice vote - all in favor. So ordered. Ill ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, VARYLATIONS� PLATS. ETC. A. &PEeriation Transfer Ordinance S-266 Each trustee was provided-with a copy of a proposed ordinance transferring cer-tain appropriations for the fiscal year ending,,, April 30th, 1972. Trustee O'Brien moved - seconded by Truistee Howell That Ordinance S-266 be passed and approved by the president and board of trustees. Roll CP11 Vote: Ayes - Trustees Baschen, Gangreve, Hayes. Howell, O'Brien, Rush and President Dean. Nayes - None So ordered. B. Amendment to Liquor License, Ordinance S-267 Each trustee was provided with a copy of a proposed ordinance amending Ordinance S-7, the liquor control ordinance of the village, to increase the number of allowable Class A licenses within the Village of Oak Brook to nineteen (19) to accommodate the proposed Hyatt House hotel. Trustee Hayes moved - seconded by Trustee Congreve... That Ordinance S-267 be passed and approved by the president and board of tzustees-. All men had to run a different evolution. Trained on hose lays, hydrant hook --ups and drafting operations with unit 911. Driils were conducted on the use of self- contained breathing apparatuss use of ropes and knots and the proper use of all for- cible entry tools. A general review was conducted at the end of the month. Each man -was put thru a different drill to evaluate what progress the drill program had made and what areas needed more work. Platoon Drills: Driver training with unit 912 was conducted. ( tractor & trailer) All platoons devoted the month to company inspections, the indus- trial area, commercial and of f ice areas were visited. Each platoon officer trained his men.on subjects that he thought they needed most. Special Drills. � The new Gaon on their own time drove thru the Village to learn the streets. Special drills were conducted on water main size and the entire water distribution system ISpecial drills were conducted on ropes and knots Driver training for new men was conducted in the evenings. Brook Forest Unit VI - Curbing replaced north of Brook Forest School and paving patched on Regent Drive. Corporate Plaza Unit I - Asphalt surface course 50% completed on Jorie Boulevard. Corporate Plaza Unit II - ,Proceeding with excavation. Sanitary sewer work started, Oak Brook-Development Company Subdivision #5 - Final Flat approved by the Village Board. Bartolomei's Subdivision - Final plat was recorded. MISCELLANEOUS INSPECTIONS: Numerous inspections have been made to examine various street and drainage problems and work being done on approved - permits. Numerous inspections were made in conjunction with Hinsdale Sanitary District Trunk Sewer job and Special Assessment jobs concerning res ;oration of streets. MISCELLANEOUS: Resurfacing of Canterberry Drive was completed.
