G. Report of Activities:
1. Finance A Library: Trustee Bartecki - The Audit Report has been
completed. A more readable financial format has been developed for
the Sports Core facility.
2. Public Safe: Trustee Bushy - On November 28th, the Fire
Department gill test for Captains. Police Department is
experiencing excessive false burglar alarms. Proposal to be
submitted for Board approval regarding an increase of fees for
burglar alarm subscribers. Meeting of Police Sergants with DuPage
County helicopter Service to demonstrate the usage of helicopter
services with the Police Department.
3. Public Works & Personnel: Trustee Rush - Introduced new engineer
of the Engineering Department, Mr. Richard Vaiciulis.
4. Sports Cores: Trustee Maher - No Report.
5. Stormwater napraent: Trustee Payovich - No Report.
6. Zones & Plate nnin�: Trustee Winters - At the next Committee-of-the-
Whole meeting the Comprehensive Plan will be discussed.

C. Oak Brook Park District - 1990 10 -K Run:

To approve the Park District's 10 -K race which will be held on Sunday,
April 29, 1990 at 8:00 A.M., pursuant to the following conditions: 1)
the Oak Brook Park District notify all the commercial tenants on Jorie
Boulevard, Kensington and Kensington Court of the race and the closing
of Jorie Boulevard between 7:45 -10:00 A.M.; 2) the Oak Brook Park
District supply an adequate amount of traffic cones and barricades for
traffic control and be responsible for installing and removing them; 3)
the Oak Brook Park District use Oak Brook Police Officers to direct
traffic; and 4) the Oak Brook Park District make arrangements with the
commercial tenants on Kensington and Kensington Court for a centralized
parking and staging area.
