R U—ta #B„ Stale_Division of „ Ughways Trustee Rush reported that the State Highway Department presented a fu11 plan of improvements for Route 083 at the Mayors and Managers Conference meeting one November 2®tb and requested thin body's approval of same. He suggested that an agenda be made available so that the representatives of the villages would have time to review these proposals. Trustee Rush also provided each truattee with a proposed resolution which will be on the agenda of the Mayors and Managers Conference on January L5, 1969. Trustee Hayes moved - seconded by Trustee O'Brien... That the representatives of the Village of flak gook be authorized to vote in favor of said resolution on behalf of the village. Roll.
