November 27, 1979
I CALL MEETING TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:30 P.M.
by President Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons.

That the minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 13, 1979 be approved
as submitted and waive reading of same.

Trustee Rush read in its entirety a proposed ordinance, reducing the 1979 tax
levy by $300,000.00 to 554,650.00.

from both Boards that it be approved.

That the text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance as recommended by the Plan
vCommission and Zoning Board of Appeals be approved and that the Village
Attorney prepare the required ordinance.

B. Subdivision Ordinance Amendment - Assessment Plat Procedures
Proposed text amendment was considered by the Plan Commission on November 19,
1979 with a recommendation to approve subject to the revision to Paragraph C,
giving authority to the Village to retain the original of the plat.

That the proposed text amendment to the Subdivision Regulations
Ordinance as recommended by the Plan Commission be approved and
that the Village Attorney prepare the required ordinance.

C. Bid Recommendation - Snow Plow & Salt Spreader
So ordered
Four bids were received on October 17, 1979 for furnishing and installing a snow
plow, salt spreader and related hydraulics. After reviewing the bids, it was de-
termined that the snow plow push frame is not heavy enough for the anticipated service.

To rebid the snow plow and salt spreader with revised specifications.

Communications & Sports Core
Trustee Philip reported: Advisory meeting at the Bath and Tennis Club on
December 12, 1979 with committee.

Trustee Rush reported: An additional benefit of Scavenger Service is under
consideration.
Personnel & Public Safety
Trustee Brown - no report.
Public Works
Trustee Congreve reported: 16th Street and Spring Road improvement is
complete. Water main break at Midwest Road and 35th Street is to be re-
paired.
Transportation & Library
Trustee Marquardt reported: Fullers Woods Traffic Study completed and
reviewed by Board at Committee of the Whole Meeting of November 26, 1979
-and will be reviewed with residents of.the area on January 14, 1979.
Zoning & Plannin
'Trustee Reynolds reported: Reviewed the proposed Page =Mark Subdivision
., -with the developer and will be resubmitted to the Board ,f,6r :approval.
Pedestrian/Bicycle Pathway revised and 1980/81 budget will include funds
for improvement.
