A condition of the preliminary plat approval is the execution by the owner of a water service agreement satisfactory to the Village. The developer needs approval of this preliminary plat resolution in order to proceed toward approval of his final plat. No final plat would be approved until the developer has executed a water service agreement. Village Attorney Martens recommended deletion of Section 2(b) of the resolution, as the October 26, 1995 plat indicated a wider throat. This ordinance adopts the policy h which the Village Board approved at their greeting on November 14, 1995. REFERF'NCE, POLICY ]FOR THE OAK B&QQK 21MLIC REFERENCE POLICY 1, LIBRARY: FOR OAK BROOK PUBLIC LIBRARY The Reference Policy is the final document developed during 1995 by the Library staff to bring Oak Brook Public Library into conformance with standards established in Avenues to Excellence II, the guiding document prepared by the Illinois State Library to assist public librxies in the State to strive toward excellence in services and collections. The Reference Policy identifies the major focus of Oak Brook Public Library's reference service as the residents of Oak: Brook, persons who hold valid Oak Brook Library cards (purchased nonresident cards) and representatives of organizations holding valid Oak Brook Library courtesy cards.
