The December 8th meeting or the Oak Brook 911349b Board of
Trustees was called to order by Pr4s,ident Kohl=n at 7x30 PH.
Roll was called with everyone present. tars. Peyton made the
motion, seconded by Mr. Calhoun to table, until the neat meeting, the
approval of the November 17th minutes.
Kolar moved to refer the Macintosh and Henke petitions to the
Plan Commisalon. Calhoun seconded, motion carried.
Kolar moved to hire Raulin B. alight, Jr., architect, to write
a Building Code for the Village at a fee not to exceed 41500.00. .4�A ao
that Mr. Might act as Building Inspector, dividing the fees 50f50 with
the Village; Mr, Wight's fees not to exceed #6000.00, and that this be

police report. Notion carried.
