1. Oak Brook Development CoMRany t.pplication for Variation

President Mohlman read a request from Mr. Wayne S. Doran,
General Arinager of the Oak Brook Development Company,
for a 40-ft sec -back variance on property known as the
Central ludustriaL Plaza Located North of Cermak Road
between the TOLL Road and Salt Creek. President Mohlman
directed that this application be forwarded to the Zoning
Board of Appeals for public hearing.
2. Windsor Subdivision
Trustee Rossman moved - seconded by Trustee Hayes....
That the Village Attorney be requested to draw an
ordinance emending the Oak Rrook Zoning Ordinance to
rezone property known as the Windsor Subdivision from
R -2 to R -2 as recommended and approved by the F14n
Commission and Zoning aoard of Appeals.

of November, 1964, showing "cash on deposit" at the end of
the mouth of $55,730.22 in the Corporate Account and
$13,551.41 in the Road and Bridge Fund.

That the Treasurer's report for the month of November,
1964, be approved as submitted.

President Mohlman read a Letter from Mr. Morley M. Hattie
of the Oak Brook UtiLity Company regarding the Geo D. Hardin
Co. Yorkshire Woods Sewer dater Extensions Contract 1368010B,
and accepted a check in the amount of $4,250.00 to be
deposited in the Village of Oak Brook Rood and Bridge Fund
and used exclusively for the repair of Yorkshire Moods roads.

order that proper adjustments can be scheduled for proper
distribution of Rank.

A. Psrogosed Zak .Bro k.,.Zoning OrdinanepAmendment
The board of trustees 4t.,6ntatively plan to have copies of
the proposed Oak Brook Zoning Ordinance Amendment at their
next regular meeting on Deceiuber 22nd, 1964. Tentatively,
said ordinance will then be available at the villa's hail
for public perusal until. January 19th, at which ti the
Oak Brook Zoning roars: of Appeals will hold a pub14.� hearing
regarding same.
B. Swimming, Pool Ordinance

After discussion, it was decided that Village Attorney Bowers
and Building Inspector Pearson prepare a proposed swimming
pool ordinance to fit the needs of the Village of Oak Brook
for the village board's consideration.
C. Intersection Widening Toll Ex.,t at Midwest Road
President MohLman read Colon -al Wight e e letter regarding this
road improvement. It was unanimously decided to postpone
payment of this contract until further inspection can be made.
D. Fuel Oil Bids
Trustee Hovey moved - seconded by Trustee Rossman...
That Keller- Heartt Company, Inc. be awarded the heating
fueL contract for this winter season at a firm price of
ILO per gal Lon.

of the cooperativeness of Mack Trucks, Inc. in releasing
the Village of Oak Bro*% from this contract due to ';he
fact that the deck Tuck factory is presently out of
production due to a "strike."

President Mohlman advised tle board of his approval of the
Public Service Co®nany Application for Permit No. 167474
(11-2464) Job No. 20320, This permit will enable the
rpeorge Wiltiame CoLLege to be sett~ ✓iced by the Public
Service Company and was approved by our village Engineer.
H. Snow Removal
Trustee Havey mentioned the difficultisa he experienced in
connection with the recent snow storm and subsequent requests
from residents. It was decided that Trustee Hayes-prepare a
detailed "plan of action" its regard to equipment and service.

Trustee O t et len inquired as to the Village of Oak Brook
entrance sign on 22nd Street near the Tolywa . President
Muh�n stated that he would inquire of the State Highway
Department as to the proper procedure in regard to right.
