Re: Tau °n Lanes - Rt 85 & 22nd St,
Gentlemen:
EiLiot Construction Corporation, the contractor for the
turn Lanes on Route 83 at 22nd Street, has completed
his work with the exception of final gradin . Weather
has prevented completion of this, which wil be dote
when conditions permit.
I recommend payment to him in the amount of $14,80.35
in accordance with Estimate #1 which is attached and
reflects the final cost Less the amount withhald to cover
the uncompleted work.
The final cost is $981.90 under the contract amount,
reflecting quantity changes made on the job due to field
conditions varying from the plans,.
Payment should be made following submission of waivers
of lien for labor and material.

NEW SUBDIVISIONS:
roo oreat Subdivision Unit 6 - Curb and gutter work, base
course, and asphalt binder course completed except on
Regent Drive,
Corporate Place Unit I - Unstable soil removed from roadway
area and replacement fill is bein placed.
Water main construction is about 60% complete.
Sanitary sewer construction is about 50 % complete.
Storm sewer construction is about 50% complete.
CONTUCT WORK:
Un -an-es at 22nd St. & Rt. 83 - Work completed except finish
grading which cannot be done at this time due to wet ground.

drawings. About 80% of all Subdivision Plats were obtained
this month and are being indexed and filed.

t. mprovement Plans for the 16th Street area were
received and a report regarding approval was submitted to the
Village Board,
Traffic treatment proposed for Village Green Subdivision was
reviewed with Norm Rodin.
Proposed Surface Parking Standards have been reviewed and a
report to the Village Board with a waggested workable format
is being prepared.
PSaLM 1 S :
units were issued fair 2 driveways and 1 storm sewer connection.
Permits were also issued to Ill "nois Bell Telephone Co., and
Commonwealth Edison for underground utility installations.
