BROOK 1200 OAK BROOK ROAD OAK DROOKs ILLINOIS November 17. 1972 es4•2220 MEMO TO: Chief Sizemore SUBJECT: Monthly Accident Information Dear Chief, Several trustees have noted with interest the continued reference in the police department monthly reports to increasing accident experience as a function of increased traffic movements and highway inadequacies. • In an attempt to provide them with as much information as possible, please submit, along with the monthly report of activities, a listing of all P. 0. and P.I. accidents which occur during a given month, showing the date of the accident, time, weather conditions and apparent cause. This can prob- ably best be incorporated as a separate report from the traffic division which will be attached or appended to the monthly report - itself. If I can provide further information, pleas dvise. Resp liy submitted, James N U at J vi 11 a Manager JNU:cc jo- 11,116' ' Fall Yld Rght Way Fail Red Spd Avd Col Disobey Traffic Sig Improper Back/Park Dry WhI Intoxicated Fail Yld Rt/Speed Fail Yld/Red Speed A . . . 1.01TT J z .
