1. CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held at the Oak Brook Park
District Family Recreation Center Parking Lot Sign stating at 8:29 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Village Clerk Charlotte Pruss called the roll with the following persons
PRESENT: President Gopal Lalmalani, Trustees Donald Adler, John Baar, Michael
Manzo, Mark Moy, and Gerald Wolin.
ABSENT: Trustee Asif Yusuf
IN ATTENDANCE: (Several area residents and Park District staff were in attendance)
Bill Hudson, Building Inspector Supervisor; Rick Kellen and Darrell Line
of Line Associates; and Residents Andrea Cygan, Ernie Kirsch, Mary Ellen
McQuin, Frank Trombetta, Terry Mullins, Tom Cygan, Kathy Carson, Bill
Lindeman, Dave Thomas, Ed Squire, John O'Brien, Chris Pizecki, Lori
Cozi, Joan Mullins, and Robert Weavers.
3. DISCUSSION WITH RICK KELLEN, P.E., LC OF LINE ASSOCIATES: ANALYSIS
OF FIELD LIGHTS
Rick Kellen and Darrell Line from Line Associates conducted an analysis of field lights at
the Oak Brook Park District. The purpose of the site visit is to collect data in order for
Line Associates to make a recommendation. The group visited various park district fields
and Lots 68 and 69 to examine the lights and the glare impact on neighboring homes. A
second site visit will be scheduled for further examination.

Motion by Trustee Adler, seconded by Trustee Baar, to adjourn the Special Meeting of the
Board of Trustees at 9:33 pm. VOICE VOTE: Motion carried.
