A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE
TRACEY PARRILLO REVOCABLE TRUST CONSOLIDATION IN
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS 80523
8 and 10 Gateway Lane
(P. I . N. 06-36-404-062)
WHEREAS, at its meeting on September 17, 2012, the Plan Commission completed its review
and deliberations on an application by the Tracey Parrillo Revocable Trust, the owner, ("Owner l of the
72,382 square foot parcel located at 8 and 10 Gateway Lane ("Subject Property'), seeking approval of
a final plat of consolidation; and
WHEREAS, by a vote of 4 to 0, the Plan Commission recommended approval of the request for a
final plat of subdivision for the Subject Property; and
WHEREAS, the Subject Property is legally described as follows:
LOTS 7 & 8 IN GATEWAY SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF LOT 1 (EXCEPT THE NORTH
718.84 FEET THEREOF, MEASURED ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1) IN GRAUE'S
ASSESSMENT PLAT NO. 1, IN THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 36,
TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, REFERENCE
BEING HAD TO THE RECORD THEREOF ON FEBRUARY 11, 1944 AS DOCUMENT 458793, IN
DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS PIN: 06-36404-062
Containing 72,382 Square feet or 1.81 Acres.
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have reviewed the recommendations of
the Plan Commission and deem the final plat of subdivision for the Subject Property, as set forth below, to
be in the best interests of the Village.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1. Recitals. The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein by reference as though
fully set forth herein.
Section 2. Approval of Final Plat of Subdivision.
A. Approval of Final Plat. Subject to and contingent upon the conditions set forth in Section 3 of
this Resolution, the Final Plat prepared by Genesis Surveying and Engineering, PC, dated
August 23, 2012, as attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A ("Final Plat"), is hereby
approved.
B. Authorization and Execution, The Village President, Clerk, and other appropriate Village
officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute and seal, on behalf of the Village, the
Final Plat and the customary certifications indicating such approval.
C. Recordation. Upon the execution of the Final Plat by all required parties, the Village Clerk is
hereby directed to record the Final Plat with the Recorder of Deeds of DuPage County,
Illinois, and the Village Clerk will then be authorized and directed to assess against and
collect from the Owners of the Subject Property any costs in connection with those actions or
this Resolution.

Section 3. Conditions. The approvals granted in Sections 2 of this Resolution are hereby
expressly subject to and contingent upon each of the following conditions:
A. All improvements made on the Subject Property must comply with all applicable setback
requirements contained in the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois of 1966,
as amended ("Zoning Ordinance"), that apply to properties located in the R-3 Zoning
District;
B. The Owner must maintain and keep in their current configuration the existing detention
easements that encumber the Subject Property; and
C. The Owner shall comply with all requirements of law, including without limitation, federal,
state, and local laws, ordinances, resolutions, and regulations, relating to the Subject
Property.
Section 4. Severability. If any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this Resolution
shall be here
ld invalid, the invalidity theof shall not affect any of the other provisions of this Resolution.
Section 5. Effective Date. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
