Tinkergarten Thursday, September 6 @ 10 am What is Tinkergarten? Tinkergarten offers outdoor, play-based education classes where both kids and adults learn and grow together in the best classroom of all - nature! Please join Tinkergarten Leaders, Marina Krueger and April Jelinek as they facilitate a special storytime session with books, songs, and a nature-based craft activity. Ages 18 months - 8 years. Toddling 2s & 3s Thursdays, Sept. 13, 20 & 27 @ 10:30 am This is a perfect program to introduce little ones to the library. We’ll enjoy some good books, sing songs, dance, do fingerplays, and more! We’ll also make crafts which are related to the theme of the day. A parent or caregiver must stay with children during the program. Magic Show with Gary Kantor Saturday, September 8 @ 1:30 pm Come watch an, all ages, thrilling and entertaining magic show! Gary’s magic has been enjoyed by over 80,000 children. The show is packed with vanishing acts, mind-reading tricks, and a variety of hilarious tricks that will have the audience rolling on the floor with laughter. Registration required. Registration required. 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Sign up your newborn, infant or toddler for our 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program. This ongoing program will help build your child’s vocabulary, print awareness, early literacy skills and more as you read 1000 books before they start their first day of Kindergarten.
