Illinois Watercolor Society Meeting & Demonstration Saturday, June 1 @ 10 am Featured artist: George Bruce. After retiring from corporate graphic design, George studied watercolor under Dick Shipley and took several workshops in watercolor from nationally known artists and later discovered the world of oil pastel from George Shipperely. Annual Garden Containers Tuesday, June 4 @ 7 pm Create an annual garden container with local florist, Peggy Garvin of Garvin Gardens. $10.00 per person fee due before class includes all materials. Wizard of Oz 80th Anniversary Judy Garland Concert with Robyn Vitson Saturday, June 22 @ 2 pm Robyn Vitson returns to take you on a magical journey down the yellow brick road to Emerald City en route to Kansas to her beloved home. Friends of the Library 2019-2020 Membership Drive Join the Friends in sponsoring many of the Library’s programs and concerts and helping to cover the cost of library resources and improvements. The Friends is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible in accordance with IRS regulations.
