Holiday Lights Recycling
Through January 10
Have you started decorating for the holidays?
As you go through those strings of lights, you are
bound to find some that don't work anymore. You
can again recycle those lights at the Library! Look for the bin in the
staff parking lot (across from the book returns). Any holiday lights
will be accepted by Elgin Recycling (www.elginrecycling.com).
And since the box is outside, you can donate at any time that is
convenient for you.

Community Organization of the Month
We are so excited to announce the Library’s
newest initiative! We will partner with local
charitable organizations each month and spotlight
their good works and what you can do to help.
You can learn about the organizations here in the
newsletter, on our website or by stopping at the
lobby display. We look forward to partnering with the community!
