R-1821 - 09/10/2019 - FINAL PLAT - ResolutionsRESOLUTION 2019-SR-FP-EX- R-1821 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION OF CCOB IN THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, ILLINOIS 501 Oak Brook Road PIN: 06-36-107-003 WHEREAS, Christ Church of Oak Brook ("Owner") is the owner of a 24.3-acre residentially zoned lot located at 501 Oak Brook Road (“Subject Property”); and WHEREAS, the Subject Property is legally described as follows: LOT 1 IN CCOB, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JULY 25, 2018 AS DOCUMENT NO. R2018-068764, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS. WHEREAS, at its meeting on July 15, 2019, the Plan Commission completed its review and deliberations on the Owner’s application for the final plat of resubdivision for the subdivision of the lot into two (2) residential lots comprised of 21.7-acres and 1.63-acres for the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, by a vote of 6 to 0, the Plan Commission recommended approval of the request for a final plat of resubdivision for the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have reviewed the recommendations of the Plan Commission and deem the final plat of resubdivision for the Subject Property, as set forth below, to be in the best interests of the Village; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1. Recitals. The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth herein. Section 2. Approval of Final Plat of Subdivision. A.Approval of Final Plat. Subject to and contingent upon the conditions set forth in Section 3 of this Resolution, the final plat comprised of two (2) lots prepared by V3 dated April 5, 2019 and last revised June 18, 2019, as attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A ("Final Plat"), is hereby approved. B.Authorization and Execution. The Village President, Clerk, and other appropriate Village officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute and seal, on behalf of the Village, the Final Plat of Resubdivision and the customary certifications indicating such approval. C.Recordation. Upon the execution of the Final Plat of Resubdivision by all required parties, the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record the Final Plat of Resubdivision with the Recorder of Deeds of DuPage County, Illinois, and the Village Clerk will then be authorized and directed to assess against and collect from the Owner any costs in connection with those actions and this Resolution.
