The Contractor/Bidder shall acknowledge in writing on his bid proposal form the receipt of this Addendum.This Addendum shall be part of the Specifications and Drawings for this project and shall be part of the actualcontract document to complete the work. When the Architect issues an Addendum, it is the Bidder’s responsibilityto copy and insert it into the bid documents they have obtained from the Architect or Owner.
There are two (2) items in this Addendum.
ITEM NO. 1: DRAWINGS, SHEET A1.1:
1. At Floor Plan drawing 1, delete notation for “THIS LOCATION ONLY’ at note 1. Note 1 shall apply to allnew walls which shall be 6’-10” to the top of the wood trim.
2. At Reflected Ceiling Plan, add note to ‘Patch Existing Ceiling as Required’ along the entire the west side of the room where the existing cabinetry was removed.
ITEM NO. 2:DRAWINGS, SHEET A2.1:
1. At ‘Wall Cap Detail’ drawing 1, replace 6'-2" AFF with 6'-10" AFF.
2. At ‘Casework Schedule’, replace 84" with 72" at the ‘HEIGHT’ Column for cabinets A, B, and C, andreplace 36" with 40" at the ‘WIDTH’ Column for Cabinet C.
3. At ‘Elevation’ drawing 4, replace the 84" dimension with 76".
4. At ‘Elevation’ drawing 8, the metal studs for the gypsum board wall shown to be extended up to theceiling shall actually extend up to the existing deck and be supported thereto. Also, provide cross bracingas required, and the width of this extended wall need only be slightly wider than the new door frame.
5. At ‘Casework Details’ drawings 9 and 10:a. Change the 79 7/8" and 80" vertical dimensions to 71 7/8" and 72" respectively.
b. Clarification: All new casework shown shall be Premium Lockers, as by Legacy Lockers orequivalent. Colors shall be as chosen by owner form Mfr’s full line of options. There is no specsection for this product.
