Village Of Upon the authority of Chapter 20, Act 3305, Section 11 of the Illinois
Oak Brook Compiled Statutes and Title 1 Chapter 11 of the Oak Brook Village

Oak Brook,IL 60523-2255 Brook, do hereby proclaim that a State of Disaster exists, in the Village

On March 9, 2020, the Governor of Illinois issued a disaster
Administration proclamation for the State of Illinois in response to COVID-19. On

pandemic. On March 13, 2020, the President of the United States
Community Development declared the COVID-19 outbreak a national emergency. On March 16,
630.368.5101 2020, the DuPage County Board Chairman issued a disaster

Engconfirmed case of COVID-19. This declaration will assist the Village of
