A PLAT OF EASEMENT VACATION FOR BEARD'S RESUBDIVISION NO. 2

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on May 15, 2006, recommended
the approval of the final plat for Beard's Resubdivision No 2,
WHEREAS, a related Plat of Easement Vacation was reviewed by the Plan Commission in
conjunction with the granting of new easements as part of the final plat for Beard's Resubdivision No 2,
and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have determined that the Plat of
Easement Vacation should be approved and executed, subject to approval of the final plat for Beard's
Resubdivision No 2, as recommended by the Plan Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows
Section 1 That the Plat of Easement Vacation prepared by Bollinger, Lach & Associates, Inc , with
a last revision dated April 28, 2006, be and are hereby approved subject to approval of the Final Plat for
Beard's Resubdivision No 2, as recommended by the Plan Commission, and that the Village President
and Village Clerk shall be authorized to execute such Plat of Easement Vacation on behalf of the Village
of Oak Brook
Section 3 That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval as provided by law
