R-947 - 08/22/2006 - SUBDIVISIONS - ResolutionsRESOLUTION 2006 -SD -R-947 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF VACATION FOR UTILITY AND SCENIC EASEMENTS IN THE ASHLEY CHASE RESUBDIVISION (4 and 5 Oak Court, P.I.N. # 06-36-404-056, 06-36-404-057) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on July 17, 2006, recommended the approval of the final plat for Ashley Chase Resubdivision; and . WHEREAS, a related Plat of Vacation for utility and scenic easements was reviewed by the Plan Commission as part of the final plat for Ashley Chase Resubdivision; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have determined that the Plat of Vacation should be approved and executed, subject to approval of the final plat for Ashley Chase Resubdivision, as recommended by the Plan Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the Plat of Vacation for utility and scenic easements, prepared by Bollinger, Lach & Associates, Inc., prepared April 5, 2006, be and is hereby approved subject to approval of the Final Plat for Ashley Chase Resubdivision, as recommended by the Plan Commission, and that the Village President and Village Clerk shall be authorized to execute such Plat of Vacation on behalf of the Village of Oak Brook. Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as provided by law. APPROVED THIS 22nd day of August, 2006.
