A RESOLUTION APPROVING BOHNE ESTATE ASSESSMENT PLAT
(3305 York Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523, 06-36-202-001)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the Assessment Plat consisting of one sheet and entitled 'Kohne Estate
Assessment Plat", prepared by Hylton Donaldson, received on June 7, 2005, be and is hereby approved.
Section 2: That the Bohne Estate Assessment Plat contains the following legally described
property:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 39
North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, described by commencing at the
center of said Section 36 and running thence North along the Quarter Section Line, being
also the West Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 36,
1324.5 feet to the Division Line, being also the North Line of said Southwest Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 36 for a place of beginning; thence East along said
Division Line, 233 feet; thence South parallel with said Quarter Section Line, 191.25 feet;
thence West parallel with said Division Line, 233 feet to said Quarter Section line; thence
North along said Quarter Section line; 191.25 feet to the place of beginning, in DuPage
County, Illinois. Permanent Parcel Number: 06-36-202-001
Commonly known as 3305 York Road, Oak Brook, Illinois.
Section 3: That the approval of the Bohne Estate Assessment Plat, as given in Section 1
hereof, be and is hereby expressly subject to the following condition:
a) That the Assessment Plat be revised and approved by the Village Engineer per the
amendments contained within his memorandum of June 7, 2005.
Section 4. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this resolution are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflict.
Section 5. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.
